عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ: أَوْصِنِي. قَالَ: «لَا تَغْضَبْ». فَرَدَّدَ مِرَارًا، قَالَ: «لَا تَغْضَبْ».

English Translation

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), that a man said to the Prophet ﷺ: “Advise me.” He said: “Do not become angry.” The man repeated his request several times, and each time he said: “Do not become angry.”

Waxaa laga weriyay Abu Hurayrah (Allaha raalli ka noqdo), in nin uu Nabiga ﷺ ku yidhi: “I waani.” Wuxuu yidhi: “Ha cadhoon.” Ninkii dib ayuu u celceliyay codsigiisii, mar walbana wuxuu lahaa: “Ha cadhoon.”
